Conversion of a Nightclub into Offices

A difficult project this one, a building which was previously a nightclub in a prominent postion on the River Tyne is getting a new lease of life and being changed into an office complex with 29,245 sq. ft Grade A office space which will have a full height glass frontage giving views directly across the River Tyne.

New steels needs to be treaded into the existing structure. Existing structure was site measured and a model created for the addtional 24 Tonnes of new structure.
